Our Story
Bread for the Body. Word for the Soul.
Body & Soul Daily Bread Co. is a small home bakery in Sanford, Florida. Every loaf is mixed, shaped, and baked by hand in our own kitchen — not on a factory line — which is why we bake to order, one week at a time.
Our menu is rooted in Belizean home baking. The Classic Belizean Creole Bread, the Sweet Braid Loaf, and the Belizean Powder Buns are the breads of family tables and Sunday mornings, made the way they are meant to taste. Alongside them we bake a slow-fermented sourdough and churn small batches of fresh homemade butter in flavors like garlic, Italian herb, and cinnamon.

Preorders close Wednesday so every order is baked fresh for Friday or Saturday pickup and local delivery.
Made for neighbors
We deliver within a short radius of our Sanford kitchen, and our Daily Bread Members get weekly bread with a surprise extra and a butter stick.
